What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, service address, entry-access instructions, pet notes, and the details of the cleanings you book. Payment card data is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — not by us.

How we use it

To price your quote, schedule and dispatch your cleaning, send booking confirmations and receipts, charge the balance after service, and follow up on quality.

We never sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who can see your entry codes

Lockbox codes, garage codes, and key locations are stored separately from your booking and are only revealed to the cleaner assigned to your job, starting 60 minutes before your arrival window and hidden again once the job is complete. The owner can view them for dispatch support.

Retention and your choices

You can view, reschedule, and manage your bookings in your customer portal. To request deletion of your account and history, email hello@littleascleaningllc.com and we will remove everything we are not required to keep for tax or insurance records.
